Waited too long
Been waiting about 2-3 weeks now still no delivery of my items
My gf loves the hoodie, says it’s very warm and comfortable. If you take a large size I would order up in size to an XL bc it will shrink if you dry it.
One of the worst online order experiences I’ve ever had.
I hate to leave a bad review on a company that has good quality apparel and accessories, but I’d like for other people to know what they’re getting into when ordering at this moment from ride clutch. So I ordered the flamingo heavyweight hoodie along with 2 of their items, one of them being the gapplebees t-shirt. I waited about a week and my ordered hadn’t been filled yet so I just sent an email to make sure it went through. (My last order had gone through the next day after purchased and shipped 2 days after being filled) I got an email back that stated they were having problems with USPS and I should see my order being shipped out within the next 3-5 business days. If I didn’t see anything I should email them and they would get it pushed up as a priority in the warehouse. After about another week I emailed them again cause I wasn’t seeing any progress. Didn’t get a response so I waited another 3 days give or take to check in the status of the order. They emailed back telling me because of the recent giveaway they had a lot of orders to fill, I should give it about another 3-5 business days and email them back if I don’t see progress. I emailed them 5 days explaining I was a little upset about what was happening and if there was anyway I could just get a refund. They responded and explained that the reason was because the flamingo hoodie was out of stock and the gapplebees t shirt was out of stock as well so they were waiting for the items to get back into stock. They asked if I wanted to wait or just get the item switched out for something else so I got both the tshirt and hoodie switched out. They mentioned that they would be able to get the items filled and ready for shipping THAT day if I got them switched out. So I emailed them back after the recent email of what new items I wanted to replace, asking them if it was getting shipped out that day. A week later I still didn’t see that my order was filled and at this point I had had enough so I emailed them telling me if at the end of the day I don’t get an email notifying me my order is filled or being sent to ship that i want my refund. Within the next 5 minutes I got a notification saying my order was filled and ready to ship. I understand the giveaway caused a lot of orders to come in. But the items should be marked as out of stock on the website, AND I shouldn’t have to email them 3+ times asking them what’s going on and 2 weeks later them telling me it’s because the items were out of stock. I should have received an email telling me the items were out of stock and we could have switched the items out then, and not wasting any time while I’m left in the dark about the process of my order. I still have 2 orders I’m waiting to be filled from them 1 order was placed over a month ago and the other order (ELITE MEMBERSHIP) being placed 28 days ago. So I emailed them 2 days ago asking the process and they hit me with an automated message telling me “the warehouse has been experiencing an overflow of orders” blah blah blah. Then yesterday I got an email telling me my elite membership was about to renew. So I haven’t even received the first one. How long till I receive the next one? At this point they are over a month behind. Anyways, overall experience 2/10 only because the quality of the items are very nice. But you’ll be waiting a long time to get your orders.
